Ltd was established in 1990 by Late Prof. (Dr.) P.N.Behl. He was a great visionary, optimistic creator, devoted and dedicated all round professional. Besides being an eminent physician, he devoted himself to teaching, research work, writing, farming and missionary work. Dr. Behl founded the ‘Skin Institute & School of Dermatology’ (Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi), which is the pioneer Dermatology Diseases Hospital of Asia. He also established Dr. Behl Wholistic Health Centre (Ashok Vihar, Delhi), and the Rural-Cum-Industrial Skin & Health Institute (R.I.S.H.I, Dasna, Ghaziabad (U.P)). With the name and fame he had earned in the world it would not be incorrect to say that he was an Institution by himself in rendering humane services, free of charge, particularly to poor patients.
